Does the product only fit on certain height mattresses?

Do I need to buy a new bed frame to use Expand A Bed™?
Nope! Expand a Bed™ can be used with any bed frame. The patent-pending high-density foam side supports and tensioning straps act as a frame extender!
What is the return policy for Expand A Bed™ mattress toppers?
You may return your Expand a Bed within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is unopened and remains in its original box. Return shipping is free.
If the product has been removed from the box and you experience a quality issue or are not satisfied with it, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Opened products do not need to be returned.
To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
How long does it take to install Expand A Bed™?
On average under 3 minutes! Simply lay Expand A Bed™ over the existing mattress and thread the tensioning straps around the frame and back to the connection points. Then tighten. That's it!
What size sheets should I use?
For the best fit, use Full XL sheets with the Twin XL Expand A Bed™ and Full sheets with the Twin Expand A Bed™.
Can I use Expand a Bed on a bunk or lofted bed?
Yes, provided there is no guardrail along the side of the mattress.
