You may return your Expand a Bed within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is unopened and remains in its original box. Return shipping is free.

Opened Products

We want you to be satisfied with your Expand a Bed. If you have opened and properly installed the product but experience a quality issue or are not satisfied with its comfort or performance, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund. Opened products may not need to be returned.

Compatibility With Your Bed or Room

Expand a Bed requires adequate clearance around the mattress and must be compatible with the bed frame and surrounding setup as described on our product and FAQ pages.

If the product has been opened and cannot be used because of a compatibility issue with the bed frame, guardrail, wall placement, room layout, mattress size, or another disclosed product requirement, it is not eligible for a full refund under our standard return policy.

For the best fit, use Full XL sheets with the Twin XL Expand A Bed™ and Full sheets with the Twin Expand A Bed™.
